1. Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you need:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Passport.
  • Be over 21 years old.

If your license is from the U.S. or Canada:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Proof of auto insurance with full and transferable coverage.
  • Be over 21 years old.
2. Insurance

What insurance is included in the reservation?
Your reservation includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

What does CDW cover?
It protects the vehicle in case of theft or accident. The deductible is $1,000 USD.

What does third-party insurance cover?
It covers the other vehicle involved in case of an accident.

3. Deposit

Yes, a deposit is required as a guarantee in case of fines, pending tolls, lack of fuel, or damages.

  • The amount ranges between $250 and $500 USD depending on the type of vehicle.
  • Credit card only.
  • The full amount is refunded if no additional charges apply.
4. Business Hours

Our business hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What if my flight is outside business hours?
We offer after-hours drop-off (may include an additional fee).

If your flight arrives at night (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.), we can deliver the vehicle at the airport parking lot. This service has an additional cost of $50 USD.

5. Available Accessories

You can rent along with your vehicle:

  • Baby or child seats.
  • Wi-Fi hotspot.
  • USB cables.
  • GPS.
6. Additional Charges
  • Additional driver: extra fee applies.
  • Fuel: the car must be returned with the same amount it was delivered with.
  • Age: surcharge applies to drivers aged 21–24 and 70–80.

  • For rental: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle.

  • For deposit: credit card only.

Can I use someone else’s card?
Yes, as long as the cardholder is present at the time of signing the contract and is listed as an additional driver.

How much do I need to pay to confirm a reservation?
$50 USD.

  • If you book on the website: you’ll receive an email with the payment link.
  • If you book via WhatsApp: the deposit can be paid with credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle.

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before: the deposit will remain as credit valid for 6 months.
  • Less than 48 hours before: no refund or credit applies.
8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the costs of:

  • Traffic and parking fines.
  • Lost keys.
  • Flat tires.
  • Upholstery damage.
